How long does it take for my order to ship?
Pre order opens 2-3 weeks before shipping. Once Pre order closes we try to ship them within 3 to 5 business days within the US, outside of the US it may take up to 15 business days depending on your location. If you have any questions about your order or where we ship please email us at email@example.com.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do! We are trying to service our friend around the world and offer the most reasonable shipping rates. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you.
What is your online return policy?
All items are final sale. However we do value your feedback and if you are unhappy with your order please email us at email@example.com.
Why was my order canceled?
All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Are custom/bulk orders available?
We would love to fit your needs. If you would like to order one of our products in a specific measurement or color but don't see it available on our site, please submit a request here or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to service your need. Custom/bulk orders must also be paid for in advance and all sales are final since they are specially made to order for you. Once your custom order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
